Lane Larsen, founder of Clean Claims, is reshaping the restoration and insurance industries through cutting-edge remote monitoring and process enforcement software. After successfully building and selling four mitigation and restoration companies, Lane saw a critical need for greater transparency, accountability, and efficiency across the industry.

Driven to solve the operational challenges he experienced firsthand, Lane created Clean Claims—a platform that removes guesswork and disputes by using wireless thermal hygrometers and moisture meters to automatically capture and share real-time, verified job data. With no room for manipulation, Clean Claims ensures clear communication between restorers, insurers, and clients.

Not only is it the key solution for software, Clean Claims is Lane's vision for industry-wide change—making restoration work more honest, streamlined, and profitable. Over the past two years, Cory has built deep expertise in the flood and restoration industry, applying strategic insight and practical leadership to strengthen organizational processes and deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Beyond his professional achievements, Cory is a dedicated husband and the proud father of four beautiful children—a role that inspires his commitment to integrity, hard work, and meaningful impact in everything he does.

With nearly a decade of deep, hands-on experience across the restoration industry, Paul Silliman brings a rare combination of field expertise, insurance knowledge, and technology leadership to every stage he steps on.

Paul currently serves as Head of Sales and Customer Success at Clean Claims, where he leads customer engagement and market strategy for a platform transforming how restoration professionals manage insurance claims. Paul has also served as a key player at KnowHow, helping hundreds of restoration companies solve workforce inconsistency and boost operational performance through intuitive digital tools.

From his early days as a Mitigation Technician, Estimator, and Department Manager to his time as a CAT Property Claims Adjuster and later as a Strategic Alliance Representative, Paul has lived the restoration process from every angle—contractor, vendor, and carrier. His broad industry background also includes roles in environmental testing, mold management, and claims review, giving him a 360-degree view of the challenges and opportunities facing today's restoration professionals.

Whether addressing workforce gaps, tech adoption hurdles, or the changing dynamics between contractors and insurers, Paul delivers clear, actionable insights grounded in real-world experience.

Brandon Burt is the CEO of Clean Claims, bringing years of leadership experience and a strong commitment to helping restoration professionals thrive. Before leading Clean Claims, Brandon ran a large organization where he built high-performing teams and guided company growth through clear vision and practical execution.

Over the past two years, he has focused his expertise on the restoration industry, working closely with teams and customers to streamline processes, improve communication, and make claims management simpler for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Brandon is all about family. He and his wife are parents to four amazing kids, and together they love spending time outdoors—whether that's exploring new places, staying active, or simply enjoying fresh air and open space.

Brandon believes in leading with integrity, supporting people, and building solutions that make a real difference for the industry.
