Step-by-Step Instructions

Log in to Clean Claims.

Go to Admin > My Organization > Integrations.

Enter your XN address (provided by your Verisk account manager).

Enter your XactAnalysis Account ID (found in XactAnalysis > Administration > Company Setup and Exports).

In XactAnalysis, set the export type for Clean Claims to Manual or Automatic (Administration > Company Setup and Exports).

If Automatic, skip the manual export step below.

If Manual export: In XactAnalysis, open the assignment, choose Select an Action > Export to Company: Clean Claims, then click Go.

Return to Clean Claims. On the project page, confirm the project created from XactAnalysis.

Complete any remaining project details in Clean Claims.

Complete your field documentation in Clean Claims.
Sync images & notes to XactAnalysis
1) In Clean Claims, open Project Actions > Integrations.
2) Under Verisk, click Sync Images and Sync Project Notes.
Sync reports/documents to XactAnalysis
1) In Clean Claims, open Project Actions > Reports.
2) Check Sync generated report with XactAnalysis.
3) Click Generate Report (this downloads a copy and automatically uploads it to XactAnalysis).
In XactAnalysis, open the associated assignment and verify that photos, notes, and reports have synced.
